Do I need to be present?
Not necessarily. If access is possible without you (keys, caretaker, lockbox, instructions), the service can take place in your absence. For a first visit, being there makes the brief and final check easier.

Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Offices and shops are often handled early morning or after closing, and short-term rentals between guests. The slot is confirmed with the quote.
