Between two stays, every unit has to be handed back spotless: beds made, bathroom refreshed, kitchen reset, floors done. That is the core of our work in the quarter.
For short-term rentals, we work around your booking calendar. Tell us your usual check-in and check-out times and we fit visits between them, at a pace set in your quote.
Practical on the ground
Founty residences usually have concierges and access codes. Pass those on at booking, with parking permission if there is one, and the visit runs smoothly from the start.
Founty is covered Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 20:00. If your guest arrivals are time-sensitive, say so: a recurring schedule goes into place from the first quote onwards.
