Vetted cleaners
We check identity and references before the first visit. On regular plans, the same person returns whenever possible, so she knows your home and preferences.
Commitments · Agadir
Three commitments, written down.
These are not slogans. Each one appears in the quote and applies to every service, one-off or regular.

02
Equipment and products supplied
The cleaner arrives with a vacuum, mop, cloths and products. You do not need to buy anything. If you prefer your own products for a delicate surface, she uses yours.
03
Result corrected within 24 hours
If a point is missed, tell us within 24 hours. We return to the affected areas at no extra cost. This is written into the quote, not just displayed on the site.
Scope
What is not covered
Heavy rubble removal, pest treatment, asbestos or hazardous waste, and work at height are not part of standard cleaning. If you need them, we say so clearly and refer you to a specialist rather than improvise.
