What we collect

Information you send for a quote: name, area, service type and details about the home. Your phone number or WhatsApp ID when you contact us through that channel. Anonymous technical usage data if analytics is enabled.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare a quote, organise the service and follow up. We do not sell or rent your data and do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not proceed are deleted after twelve months. Data linked to an invoiced service is kept for the period required by accounting obligations, then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising cookie or third-party tracker by default. If privacy-friendly analytics is enabled, it does not identify you personally. WhatsApp applies its own policy when you click a link.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data and object to processing. Contact us through the form with your request.

Complaints

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may contact the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP).
