Villas and large residences often come with outdoor areas: terraces, entrances, verandas. They can join the regular visit or be treated separately, as you prefer.
Practical on the ground
Newer residences in Dakhla generally have easier parking and controlled access. Pass on the concierge’s instructions at booking and the visit starts on time.
Dakhla is covered Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 20:00. For a large home, list the rooms to prioritise: the quote follows exactly that scope.
A written quote, no strings attached.
The price depends on the size, condition and time slot. It is set after a description of your home, on a written quote.
