Are you an agency or independent cleaners?
NovaClean is a small local structure: we select the cleaners, agree the scope with you and remain your single point of contact if there is a problem. You do not deal with a different person every visit.
Are products and equipment really included?
Yes. The cleaner arrives with a vacuum, mop, cloths and products. If you prefer your own products for a delicate surface, she will use yours.
How far in advance should I book?
Usually 24 to 48 hours. For an urgent job — before guests or after a move — message us on WhatsApp: we reply with the slots that are actually free, not a promise.
What if the result is not right?
Tell us within 24 hours. We return to the affected areas at no extra cost. It is written into the quote, not only on the website.
Do you work at weekends?
Yes, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Sunday is reserved for Airbnb changeovers and urgent jobs, subject to availability.
Can I have the same person each time?
On a regular plan, yes whenever possible. If she is unavailable, we tell you and offer a replacement briefed on your preferences.
